WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We only accept the returns for refund, within 15 days as from the reception of the order.

We simply ask that the following requirements are respected:

  • the items have to be in their original packing, with labels and intact hygiene seal in place
  • the items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way


Returns that do not meet above requirements will not be accepted and we will not proceed to refund.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping.

Be careful, we do not accept returns on items that have been sold during discounts or any promotionnal offers. But if an item does not fit, we shall write out a credit note that you can use on all our website.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A RETURN?

Postal charges committed for the return are at your expense, we do not cover them and do not pay off them.

HOW MAY I PROCEED TO A RETURN?

> Simply go on the page of your personal account
> Enter your ID and password, then select the history of orders
> Click on the button "Details" of the concerned order
> Select products to be returned

Once your request of return will be validated by ourselves, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation and an order return to print on the page of your account in "My returns".

Now you will just have to print it and join it to your package.

Items returned without a valid return authorisation number will be returned to sender and will not be processed.

WHAT KIND OF SHIPPING CAN I CHOOSE?

You are free to choose the carrier and shipping by yourself, as long as you make sure that the parcel will be delivered at our offices and not at a pick-up relay. In which case your return will not be handled.

We recommend to keep a proof of deposit of parcel supplied by your carrier. In case of absence of this one no refund can be made if there is a loss of parcel.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Upon receipt of the goods and after confirmation of the good condition, we shall proceed to the refund of the amount charged on the account used to settle the order within 15 days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged suit, or have a manufacturing fault occur, we shall support the expenses of returns.
