WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
(🎁Christmas returns extended: any product purchased between December 1st and 31st, 2022 can be returned until January 31st, 2023)
We do not proceed to exchanges, we only accept returns for refund (*or store credit upon request). As from the reception of your parcel, you have 15 calendar days to request a return on your user space and to ship back the package.
We simply ask that the following conditions be met:
- the items must be in their original packaging, with the labels and hygienic protection intact
- the items must not have been worn, washed or otherwise altered
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions. Therefore, we invite you to check the items properly before sending them back.
Refunds will be made on the merchandise, including the initial shipping costs (for full order returns).
*If you prefer to get a credit note (voucher available for 1 year on the entire items on our website) instead of a refund, please tell us when asking for the return.
WHAT IS THE COST OF A RETURN?
The shipping costs incurred for the return are at your expense, we do not cover them and do not refund them.
HOW CAN I ASK FOR A RETURN?
> Go to your account page
> Once you have entered your username and password, select the history of your orders
> Click on the "Details" button of the order in question
> Select the products to return to us
Once your return request done, you will receive an email explaining you the next steps to follow.
You will then simply need to ship your parcel by following the instructions.
WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY PACKAGE?
Your package should be sent directly to the following address:

WHICH SHIPPING METHOD SHOULD I CHOOSE?
We leave it to you to choose your own carrier. Please ensure that the package arrives directly at our offices and not at the Relay Point, in which case your return will unfortunately not be processed. In addition, we will not be able to accept your package if the carrier requests payment against delivery. So it should be noted on the packing slip that it is a "return of goods" to avoid any customs charges.
We advise you to keep proof of deposit of packages provided by your carrier. In case of absence of this one no refund can be made if there is a loss of parcel.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Upon receipt of the goods at our offices and after confirmation of the condition of the product(s), we will refund the amount invoiced on the account used to pay the order within 15 days.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IS A FAULTY?
We hope this never happens and work for it, but if you receive a swimsuit with a manufacturing defect or damaged, please write to our Customer Care via our online contact form as soon as possible.
